IMAI Thunderbirds FAB 1 Model Kit

Fans will rejoice at the instantly recognisable FAB 1, a pink Rolls-Royce saloon car owned by Lady Penelope and driven by her manservant Parker.

Made for the Creighton-Ward family, it was Lady Penelope's preferred mode of transport, having been specially modified by Brains and the Rolls-Royce company.

Fans will remember some if not all of the modern features this car boasts, including: front and rear machine cannons; rear harpoon cables; two rear laser cannons; a rear-view TV camera; bulletproof tires with retractable studs; a modified gas turbine engine; skis for snow use and hydrofoils enabling it to travel on water.

FAB 1 was presumably destroyed when Skyship One crashed to the ground in the movie Thunderbird 6.

IMAI Thunderbirds Recovery Vehicle B-068-500 Model Kit

With their bold orange exterior, the recovery vehicles are two powerful pulling machines that fire magnetic grapples capable of pulling heavy weights, such as planes or trains, out of places like pits or rivers.

With one manned and the other remote controlled, the recovery vehicles are special as they only appear in the episode ‘Pit of Peril’, where they are used to pull the massive Sidewinder out of a burning pit.

IMAI Vintage Japanese Thunderbird 2 and Elevator Cars Model Kit (1992)

International Rescue’s Thunderbird 2 is one of the best-known heavy-duty transporter aircrafts. It is used for earth-based missions, and has the ability to carry rescue equipment of up to 100 tonnes in weight to the danger zone.

Comprising its structural makeup is 6 individual pods (including Thunderbird 4 in Pod 4), acting as a method of transport for several smaller rescue vehicles.

Created by Brains for auxiliary equipment transport, the craft can travel at a top speed of 5,000 mph and maximum altitude of 75,00 feet. The craft's main pilot is Virgil Tracy, who is often accompanied by various back-up crew members including Gordon, Alan, Brains, and even John.

Thunderbird 2 (or TB2 for short) appears in both feature films and all but one episode (‘The Impostors’) of the TV series, making it one of the most iconic Thunderbirds machines of all.
